Returns
You have the right to open the package and check the contents. The product must be returned without user traces and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item:

Step 2: Prepare Your Return
- Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your package.
- Fill out the return form included with your return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Step 3: Send Your Package
- Attach the provided return shipping label to your package.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Please Note
- We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To receive the correct item, return the unwanted item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@no-65.com.
